Can I change or cancel my order?
Please check your delivery address and order information carefully before placing your order. Please note that your order begins processing as soon as it is confirmed so changes or cancellations may not be possible. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
How much is shipping and how long will it take to arrive?
The charge will depend on the distance from our warehouse and the weight of your order. It will be clearly indicated during checkout. We ship orders using FedEx to destinations within the United States and its Territories.
How can I track my order?
For the whereabouts of your package, refer to the tracking number in the email you received when your order was shipped.
Does the Lume Pad 2 available outside the US?
We currently only ship within the United States.
However, our partner, ZTE, offers a very similar version of the same device called the nubia Pad 3D! Please, check if your location is available: www.zte.com/nubia-pad-3d
What is the estimated shipping time?
Shipping and tax are calculated after a delivery address is provided at checkout. Orders Monday-Friday before 12 PM CST are packed and shipped the same day. FedEx 2-DAY takes 2-3 business days.
What is your return policy?
Lume Pads purchased from leiainc.com can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is undamaged (unless it was delivered damaged) or there is a malfunction with the device. Leia Inc. may test hardware returned due to reported malfunction upon arrival and impose a fee equal to 15% of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the product's condition. Any returned product that is damaged due to customer misuse, missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to the customer may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the product's condition. It is strongly recommended that all personal data (including images/videos) saved on your Lume Pad 2 be deleted completely by factory resetting the device. Please, also remove any PIN, fingerprint, pattern, or screen lock prior to returning the device to Leia Inc. All customers will be provided with a freight carrier return label after requesting to return the device and will be required to drop off the package at the carrier's location. Shipping fees will not be charged to you as long as a standard shipping is used for the return. If shipping is expedited, the cost incurred will be deducted from your refund amount once distributed. Contact our Customer Support Team at [email protected] to request a return. Please include your order number and device serial number (Settings > About tablet > Model & hardware).
We only accept returns from U.S. customers.
Refunds are typically issued within 5-7 business days from the date we received and processed your package.
Can I return one of your products if I purchased it elsewhere?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a product that has not been purchased from our website. If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, please contact us and we’ll do our best to find a solution for you.
The product I purchased is now on sale. Can I get a refund for the difference?
If an item goes on sale on our site within 14 days of your purchase, we will refund the difference upon request. Please send us an email with your order number through our contact page.
