To get to Help, go to the Leia appstore™ Home, Explore, or Library Pages, and tap the ellipsis button (see three vertical dots) in the top right corner of the screen. Then, in the dropdown menu, select "Help".
In Help, you can review FAQs or contact Customer Support by tapping Contact Us (see top row within list of FAQs).
From there, you will be presented with an in-app form where you can select a topic and category that relates to your inquiry, elaborate on your question, and provide an email address Customer Care should use in a response. Click Send to submit and you're all done!
