Contact the Leia Appstore Customer Support Team when you have questions.
To get to Help, go to the Leia Appstore Home, Explore, or Library Pages, and tap the ellipsis button (see three vertical dots) in the top right corner of the screen. Then, in the dropdown menu, select "Help". In Help, you can review FAQs or contact Customer Support by tapping Contact Us (see the top row within the list of FAQs).
From there, you will be presented with an in-app form where you can select a topic and category that relates to your inquiry, elaborate on your question, and provide an email address Customer Care should use in their response. Click Send to submit and you're all done!
